Well we received your Associate degree of Applied Science for you. you were Summa cum Laude , You would have been so pleased they made such a beautiful mention of you, And they had me and Dad follow Marie up to get hers and they said your name and gave your degree to me and Dad , And they gave you a standing ovation sweetie, We thank Baker college they are wonderful and have been so supportive of our family through this. it was such a bitter sweet day for us , We were so proud of Marie as we know you would be, When we went out to take pictures before we left I could picture in my mind you standing next to Marie in your cap and gown with that big smile of yours just as you had promised her you would do this together so we did it with her in your honor , We know your always with us in our hearts and smiling down at us from your place in heaven we love and miss you so my son

Hi Sweetie,

Sitting here thinking of you, haven't wrote on the site in a while, so thought I would. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you, miss you, cry for our loss of you, or look for a sign that you are here with us. Saturday is approaching, and as much as we are happy to see Marie get her degree, it makes us so sad that you aren't here to share and get your degree that you worked for and so earned. Sunday is your Mom's birthday, which is hard enough, but also the 4 month anniversary of the day you left us and became our angel. It's going to be just another really hard day, of so many really hard days since that day. I miss your smile, and I miss your special hugs. I just miss all of you. You've left such a profound empty place in our lives honey. Our one hope is that you know how much we love you, miss you everyday. We want you to be at peace honey.

Today is my first Mothers day without you here ,another Angel Mom shared this poem and I felt it fit so well I wanted to share it here,

A Mother's Day Gift From God

Lord today is Mother's Day,

but my heart is split in two

Half of my heart is still here,

the other with my child that is there with you.

All the lovely presents are a nice surprise

But the only thing I want most is missing,

and tears fill my eyes.

I know when you sent him Lord,

You didn't promise how long he would stay

All you said was to love him

and treasure each and every day.

But Lord it crushed my heart,

when you called for his return.

I really feel like half a Mom,

as I ache, weep, and yearn.

But Lord tell him I Love Him

just as much as I did before.

Cynthia, I am so sorry about the loss of your son Eric. His web site is beautiful as i was looking though the tears came and my heart breaks for you. Eric sounds alot like my daughter Tiffany that passed at age 15 , she loved video games and was a very smart girl. I'm sure they have meet in Heaven and are great friends and i'm sure they are playing video games. Know that i am here for you, you can e-mail me anytime. Seeing all he's done, at the same age as me, and I felt like I was wasting my life and that it wouldn't be fair to him to do that. Happy birthday Eric :)

You're still always in our hearts. I miss you, i miss our conversations and the way you used to make me laugh, even when talking about serious things.

I first met Tigerheart in WoW about two years ago. How we met? Well, basically he saw my character one of these days and simply started talking, like he knew me since forever. There was no introduction, no "hi, my name is..." he just began a conversation (i'm pretty sure it was about Molten Core) and we kept talking for hours.

Eric was an amazing friend ever since. I always loved his big heart, how he would go completely out of his way just to make our day better or to help someone. He always could bring a smile to my face, from cheering me up when i screwed up on some raid ("how can you be in tier 1 and outdamage all the rogues in full t2? (it was nothing special, i just pressed 2 buttons faster, but hearing him say that just made me smile)) to wanting to do the craziest things in game, and actually be able to convince us to do it, with his excitement and conviction that it could be done.

He touched my life, and he touched the life of many, many people, some of whom he never phisically met. He is an amazing person, and I miss him horribly.

Rest in Peace Eric, and happy birthday :)

Hi Baby, today is your birthday, you would be 24 today. It's raining today, as it did yesterday on your Dad's birthday, and I couldn't help but think it is tears from Heaven. We have certainly cried our share of tears since the day you left us and became an angel, how I wish we could bring you home. I try to be strong for your Mom, Dad, and Marie, I know you would want that. I remember the first time I saw you, you were so precious! I was always the proud Auntie/Mom, bragging about you always! I can't put to words how much I miss your hugs, your jokes ( even with your Dad's sense of humor!), your sunny smiles, and hearing you say "I love you Aunt Lisa!" like you always did, even when I was on the phone with your Mom. I love you times nothing, the saying you shared with the people special to you. I found a poem for you today. Here it goes'
